Lectors

At St. Therese Parish, we strive to be disciples of Jesus Christ and proclaim His Gospel to others. We serve one another in a spirit of stewardship by using our gifts and talents, glorifying God in little ways.

Lectors have the special privilege of proclaiming the Word of God at Mass, sharing Scripture with the community and helping to bring Christ’s message to life. With a strong voice and a prayerful heart, lectors serve as instruments through which God speaks to His people.

If you have a love for Scripture and feel called to serve as a lector, we invite you to join this important ministry. Training and guidance are provided to help you feel confident and prepared.
